Standard Terms and Conditions for Promotions (“Terms and Conditions”)

These Terms and Conditions apply to and govern all promotions offered and conducted by UW99 via its website www.uw99.net (“UW99”), unless otherwise specified in the specific promotion terms.

1. Eligibility and Participation

1.1 Promotions are limited to one redemption per person, family, account, residential address, email address, payment account, telephone number, device, IP address, or shared computing environment (including but not limited to internet cafés or workplaces) throughout the promotion period.

1.2 A Player may only participate in one promotion at a time and must complete or cancel any existing promotion before joining another.

1.3 Promotions are intended for recreational use only. UW99 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict or revoke participation eligibility.

1.4 Employees of UW99, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are prohibited from participating.

1.5 This promotion is not available to residents of Albania, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Nigeria, Russia, Slovakia, or any other territory restricted under UW99’s General Terms and Conditions.

2. Account Verification and Information

2.1 UW99 reserves the right to verify the identity of Players through any combination of name, address, email, IP address, payment details, device identifiers, or other methods as deemed necessary.

2.2 Players may be required to provide valid identification documents (e.g., passport or national ID) before any withdrawal or crediting of bonuses or winnings.

2.3 Failure to provide accurate information or to complete verification promptly may result in disqualification or forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.

3. Rollover and Bonus Conditions

3.1 Strict rollover requirements (“Rollover Requirements”) apply during the promotion period. Players may not withdraw funds until these requirements are fully met.

3.2 The Rollover Requirement commences only after the bonus has been credited to the Player’s UW99 account.

3.3 If the Rollover Requirement is not fulfilled within thirty (30) days of bonus credit or within the period stipulated in the specific promotion terms, both the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

3.4 If, prior to bonus crediting, a Player’s account balance is insufficient to meet turnover conditions, UW99 may require an additional deposit.

3.5 Withdrawal requests before satisfying the Rollover Requirement will be rejected. A withdrawal may be requested once the requirement is met.

3.6 The Rollover Requirement is considered fulfilled if the Player’s account balance falls below the minimum stake amount (e.g., MYR5, THB50, IDR5,000, or INR20).

3.7 Only settled bets with a definitive win/loss outcome contribute to the Rollover Requirement. The following do not count:

• Cancelled or void bets
• Bets at odds below 1.50 (Decimal/European), 0.50 (Hong Kong), 0.50 (Malaysian), 1/2 (Fractional), -2.0 (Indonesian), or -200 (American)
• Bets placed on both even-chance outcomes within a single event

3.8 Players may not cancel bets or withdraw bonuses after placing or increasing bets post-bonus credit unless the Rollover Requirement has been met.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Bonus Abuse

4.1 UW99 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on multiple account abuse, bonus fraud, and any abusive, malicious, deceitful, or unfair betting patterns, including but not limited to:

• Multiple account registrations
• Arbitrage betting or correlated outcome bets within the same event
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Deliberately withholding or delaying game features (e.g., free spins) to exploit offers

4.2 If UW99 suspects abnormal betting or breaches of promotion terms, it reserves the right to:

• Reclaim bonuses and associated winnings
• Void free bets or bets funded by bonuses
• Settle bets at correct odds

4.3 UW99 may conduct random account reviews and audits to detect abusive behaviour and reserves the right to withdraw bonuses and winnings without explanation.

4.4 Players found deliberately exploiting free spins or similar features may have both bonuses and winnings forfeited.

5. General Terms and UW99’s Rights

5.1 UW99 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Modify, suspend, cancel, or withdraw any promotion or bonus
• Exclude or withdraw any Player from promotions for any reason
• Request identification and verification documents
• Levy administrative fees for cancellations, early withdrawals, or unusual requests related to bonuses

5.2 All decisions by UW99 regarding promotions, bonuses, and related matters are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

5.3 These Terms and Conditions are originally drafted in English; in the event of any inconsistency between translations and the English text, the English version shall prevail.

5.4 Any matters not expressly covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by UW99’s General Terms and Conditions.

6. Legal Compliance and Dispute Resolution

6.1 Promotions are valid only where permitted by applicable local or national laws. Players are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all relevant laws.

6.2 UW99 operates from a jurisdiction where it is licensed and regulated to offer these promotions and takes reasonable measures to exclude Players from prohibited territories.

6.3 By participating, Players warrant that their participation is lawful and they have sought appropriate legal advice if necessary.

6.4 In the event of any dispute relating to promotions, bonuses, or these Terms and Conditions, UW99’s decision shall be final and binding.
